You will examine the global CFT environment, explore sources of financing, identify red-flag indicators and consider proliferation issues (dual-use goods and WMD).

  • define international frameworks of measures to combat terrorist financing
  • identify the threats posed by terrorists, along with their motivations
  • adopt the risk-based approach and outline the preventive measures to mitigate terrorist financing-related risks
