Do I have to pay the full course fee for an ICA qualification upfront?

For those who are paying for their own qualifications (and who not being funded by their employer) we offer an interest free instalment plan for Diplomas and Advanced Certificates to make the cost more manageable. The payments are broken down as follows:-

Diploma - 8 X monthly instalments
Exam- only Diploma – 5 x monthly instalments
Advanced Certificates – 4 x monthly instalments

It looks like there are pages missing when I’m reviewing my course modules on the online learning platform?

This is because when we moved from a paper format to an online format the Self Assessment Questions were taken out of the text and added a separate menu item. This will be corrected on the next review cycle for the course materials.

I won’t be in the country on the date of my exam. Can I change the exam venue and how much notice do you need?

Ideally, we need to have a months’ notice to change your exam venue. This will ensure we have not already booked a venue for you in your current location, and give us time to find a venue where you are travelling to.
