Do I pay any charges if I pay by credit or debit card?
ICT does not charge any admin fees for card payments. Furthermore we also offer an interest free instalment payment plan for those who are self funding their course. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the day that an assignment is due, what is the latest time I can submit it?
All assignment questions must be submitted by email by midnight (GMT) to email@example.com . For example if the due date is 0.00 5th August this means you have until midnight on Monday 5th August to submit your assignment.
How can I get help with my studies?
There are a few ways to get help with your studies:-
- You can email the admin team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries and we will ask a tutor to respond by phone or email.
- Join the linkedin study group (above) to talk to other people on your course
- We can find you a mentor, A mentor is someone who has experience in the subject area that you are studying who can provide guidance and support. If you don't have anyone in mind to be your mentor, ICT can put you in touch with someone who has already undertaken an ICA qualification.
