Chances are you will have heard from one of us before you enrolled onto your course, during your studies and then once you’ve completed! The marketing team creates awareness of ICT training & ICA qualifications and we are also responsible for client care and the ongoing improvement of training delivery.
Marketing and Communications Manager
I have been working for the Group for nearly ten years and have been a qualified marketing professional for six of those years. I am responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy for ICT worldwide as well as providing marketing support to ICA. I am also editor of the ICA and ICT websites.
In my spare time I enjoy eating out, cooking and blogging about food (slightly food obsessed!).
Marketing & Client Care Coordinator
Clare’s experience of working for us over the last six years means that she is the ideal person to contact new enquiries to make sure they have all the information they need before enrolling onto a course. She is also responsible for quality control and regularly liaises with students to check that the course is living up to their expectations.
Outside of work Clare is usually keeping her two little boys occupied and enjoys gardening when she gets the chance (often with ‘help’ from the children.)
Claire has been with us for nearly three years and is responsible for implementing ICT’s marketing strategy including coordinating the production of brochures, emails, adverts and other promotional activity. She also helps to keep the websites updated.
In her spare time Claire enjoys travelling and she also teaches dance to children at the weekend.
